We are still working on restoring service to Financials Reporting. Our current target is that Financial Reporting will be available between 10 AM and 11 AM this morning. Financial Production is available and the Wolfpack Reporting System (WRS) is still pointing to Financial Production and remains available. We regret any inconvenience caused by this outage and appreciate your patience.

We expect that Financials Reporting will be available at 7 AM on Thursday, August 25. We will perform a rolling cycle of some of the Financial Production servers at 3:45 PM this afternoon to help correct the issues in creating Financial Reporting. We don’t anticipate that Financial customers will see any issues with Financial Production during this cycle. If you encounter an issue, please sign-out of the MyPack Portal and sign back in. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

The Financial Reporting System is currently unavailable. The Wolfpack Reporting System (WRS) has been pointed to use Financial Production and is available, however customers cannot currently use queries from Financial Reporting. Customers may encounter an error message that states: “Error getting content” when attempting to use Query Manager (Rpt) or Query Viewer (Rpt) until this error is resolved.
Staff are researching the cause and we will provide additional information once it is known.
